The firm is located near the
historic towns of Chestertown, Easton and St. Michaels MD.
Marilyn Parks has her B.A. degree from Bucknell University and her
M.F.A. from City College of New York. In 1982, she became
associated with Lyndon Easton, a Yale trained architect and Victor
Koechl, a Harvard trained architect. . In 1988, she formed her own
architecture firm, specializing in residential architecture.
Marilyn believes it is important to understand the life style needs
of her clients and makes each floor plan unique to suit individual
requirements. She has worked with many different styles of homes
and is particularly known for making an addition look like it was
always a part of the home. Because she works alone, a client is
never delegated to a staff person to complete the project.
